I will try my best to keep this short. If you are looking for someone to plan your event (especially a wedding), Amy is hands down THE best person to work with and the quickest friend to make. Amy worked with us to understand our vision (which was very laid back) and immediately helped us to find a private venue that made the wedding a huge success! There is no vision too big or too small for Amy, she can handle it all. She has connections on connections in JH as a native who grew up here. Amy's connections and really positive relationships made planning fun and simple. Yes, simple! She is extremely organized, easy to talk to, has amazing ideas and just gets things done!

Day of planning and coordination: I don't think there is a person in America better than Amy at this. This woman was born for this. This wasn't easy because we were at a private venue with nothing onsite to start with....We had about 10 vendors for the wedding and Amy and her team coordinated everything without a hitch. I actually brag about this to this day. If anything went wrong (which it always does), I will never know about it because Amy was able to keep everything on track and the day could not have been more amazing!

Our friends and family still talk about how smooth the wedding was and how much they loved not only Amy, but the awesome crew she used to help out as well. We will be lifelong friends :)

We first met Amy at the venue where we had scheduled our rehearsal dinner. We didn't expect much since it was going to be a tiny party and in a "not so organized " manner. Well, once we met Amy, we realized that wasn't going to be the case anymore. We found her attention to detail and overall care factor for our event to be outstanding.  Even more so, because she wasn't the one that booked the event. She started working there after we had already planned the event. While I was pleasantly surprised to see her enthusiasm for the event, little did I know what was to come. On the day of the event, everything was perfect. She went above and beyond to make the event extra special, was present at the event from beginning to end, and made it a memorable experience like it should be. Later on, I came to find out she was working closely with my father-in-law all along - behind the scenes - to ensure the event was to our liking. Amy, singlehandedly, made the event much more than it was supposed to be and was meant to be. For that, my wife and I are forever grateful. We visit Jackson Hole yearly and we make it a point to say hello to Amy every time we come. Overall, a tremendous professional who is excellent at what she does.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy in Jackson. Amy was SO kind, helpful and such a passionate wedding planner. We planned our wedding from across the country and she made the process stream less from start. Being unfamiliar with the area, she gave us so many recommendations to complete all the details of our wedding day and even activities to do with our guest during our time there. We got married in Grand Teton National Park and our reception was back in Jackson. We gave her our vision for both spots and we had absolute full confidence it would look exactly as we envisioned it would, and it did! She had such a warm and inviting personality that made connecting with her feel so normal and just easy. Throughout the planning process, Amy was always readily available to answer all our questions and offer any support she could seeing as we could not be there. She offered to scout out possible venues and send us pictures, she drove an hour and a half away to get flowers from the florist and even offered to bring our group downtown to the bar late at night (thankfully we didn’t need her too because she did enough at this point!) and she was always on top of everything!

We would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Amy if you are looking for a wedding planner. You will no doubt be getting the best of the best wedding planner! 

Our hearts are filled with immense gratitude to Amy, because of her, our day wedding was everything we could have asked for.
